MATTHEW CLULOW (Principle - Clulow & Associates )

 

Throughout the 80’s Matthew played a central role in planning and executing an annual, $58 million national marketing campaign for a 400+ unit retail operation.


In the early 90’s Matthew worked with two network technology firms. In the late 90’s Matthew returned to retail where he assumed various leadership roles including a new-store set-up team, a corporate flagship store, 5 regional business consultants, and then communications.

He played a central role in launching a national communications platform that connected 400 locations,  produced a web-based digital catalogue, merchandise planograms, electronic order processing and computer based training. He  worked directly with the CEO and CFO and COO to plan and execute the the annual general meeting, interantional rtrade shows, and managemenrt comunications, including video production and video conference solutions.

He strengthened his focus on strategic planning through continuing education at University of Toronto, and the company sponsored education and utilization of the Balanced Score Card.

Matthew has volunteered with Roger’s Community Television since 2005, where he assists with camera, audio and switch, in studio and mobile productions.

 

For 10 years, Matthew was an active member of Toastmasters International where he continued developing his skills in professional speaking and speech writing.

In 2008, Clulow & Associates received the Excellence in Small Business award from the local Chamber of Commerce. Certificates were also presented by MPP Julia Munro and MP Peter Van Loan

PETER SEEMANN (Associate - Grassroots Public Affairs)

Peter has 20 years business experience and is a recent graduate of Royal Roads University. He holds an MBA in Executive Management with a specialization in Leadership.

Peter has been involved in Canadian politics since 1993. Peter has forged many strong relationships in federal and provincial circles. His proven project management skills and persuasive personality have made Peter a successful political campaign manager at both the federal and provincial levels to several influential members of parliament.

Peter has lent his leadership skills to help build many not for profit organizations. Currently he is the founding and current chair for Steward of the Earth, a not-for-profit organization that engages children on environmental initiatives.
